When I walk my double chin area and face jiggle a little bit. Is this because of loose skin? My neck is a bit of a bull frog neck and fills with air a lot when I talk or laugh. Had this since forever. Will this get worse with age? Or this this just the shape of my neck?

Answer: Neck Giggle It is hard to tell from your photos. If you feel your chin is a little weak, a small chin implant may help. This could be combined with some mild liposuction. These procedures would be done under local anesthesia with about one week to recover. Unfortunately looseness does increase with age.
