My nostril seem to be different sizes , Looks like my lower septum is deviated ? From previous rhinoplasty How can this be fixed ? Is it an easier fix , ? No bruiser ? Local freeze

The reason for the different appearance of your nostrils is that the caudal septum is crooked and the support of the nose wings is not equal on the right and left sides. It can be easily corrected with surgical treatment.
