In your frontal view, it looks like you have some localized fat on the flanks that would benefit from liposuction. However, from the size view, your abdomen is protruding anteriorly which represents a weakened abdominal wall. This can be corrected with a tummy tuck. However, this involves a large scar. You may want to start with liposuction and then determine if you want to do a tummy tuck later.

Based on your photos liposuction of the hips/flanks could help sculpt your curves.
