Is 22 years old too young for a mommy makeover?

Your age is not a problem to consider getting your body back.  What is important is that you speak with an experienced surgeon to plan your procedures for the best indications for your surgical strategies with the least amount of risk considering your responsibility to your family, as they will require "mommy care" as you recover over several weeks time.  Assuming you have this covered, younger healthy patients do heal faster with better collagen and elastin to allow smoother contours with bodysculpting.  

22 is young for this type of surgery but if you have no plans for more children, you should proceed.  Make sure you select a good surgeon.

Age is relatively unimportant; the most important criteria are; 1. Are you at goal weight and medically fit? 2. Have you completed your childbearing and are at least 6 months out from the last pregnancy? 3. Do you have support from family and friends to go through the post-op period 4. Can you afford the procedure without too many compromises.If you can answer yes to the above questions, you should be OK to go ahead with the procedure after consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Thank you for your question.  Congratulations on your children.  From your description, you sound like a perfect potential candidate for a mommy makeover.  Your young age is not a contra-indication.  I would recommend that you make sure that you are not planning on having anymore children.  Also, you should wait at least 3-6 months after stopping breast feeding before operating on your breast, and you should try to get as close to your ideal body weight as possible.  This will ensure that you get the best result possible with the lowest risk of complicaitons.  Good luck.
