Is it ok to start taking Bromelain with Quercetin 3 days prior to surgery?

Hello, I'm having a tummy tuck, lipo, and breast augmentation in 3 days, and I bought vitamedica clinical support. The Bromelain with Quercetin says take 3 days prior to surgery. Would it be ok to start taking the pills today?

I don't know why you would be wanting to take these supplements in the first place but you should surely not begin them without clearing this with your own surgeon.

Best to have a varied diet that includes fresh Kale or spinach. A multivitamin helps. No aspirin, Motrin, or other anti-inflammatory meds (best to stop two weeks before surgery). No smoking two weeks before surgery. Bromelain has not been shown to make a difference in clinical trials.
