My tape is pulling off scabs. Is this going to stop me getting the best results for my scars?

The scabs will fall off eventually, so if they pulled off with the tape, they were probably ready to be removed.  This shouldn't really affect your outcome in any way.  

Thank you for your question. Taping the scars is normally an appropriate method to reduce tension and help the healing. However occasionally the tape may traumatise the skin is changed too often or if there is some degree of inflammation on the scar itself. Relative to the final scar you have nothing to worry about. You should be discussing management of your incision with your surgeon.
