Hello, I have silicone implants 275cc under the muscle 2 months ago along with breast lift but I'm not happy with the result. This black spot is skin necrosis on my areola. My breasts look way smaller than expected and the cleavage is huge. Please have a look at my current photos and expectations and let me know if 375cc will take me there. Please also tell me if I need more lift.

Answer: Wait you need to wait for things to settle down after this initial surgery. You are still healing at 2 months post-op, we all realize this is not the result you wanted, but trying to rush into place bigger implants likely isn't going to help you or your situation.

Answer: Breast implant revision It is perfectly fine to undergo a revision to a larger size, BUT, you must wait several months for your tissues to heal, stretch, and the implants to settle into their permanent position. At that point if you still wish to go bigger I would encourage you to undergo a periareolar mastopexy simultaneously which will greatly improve the appearance of your breasts and areola. Your cleavage can probably be improved somewhat but that ultimately depends on the size and width of the new implant and your muscle/sternal anatomy. I hope this information has been helpful to you!Thomas Taylor, MD, FACSPasadena, CA
