Can I get an infection from my bf putting his mouth on my nipple one month post- op?

The short answer is you're probably in no significant risk for infection. One month after surgery your incisions are fairly well healed. You're definitely healed enough to do most activities without any fear. Having saliva spread across the incision is definitely higher risk than most other activities, but still probably OK. Just keep an eye on things. As long as there is not increasing redness and/or pain you should be just fine.I hope this helps! If your incisions were dry and closed, there is probably no increased risk from your boyfriend. However, if you have any concerns, please let your surgeon check your breasts.

There is no problem with nipple kissing one month after breast augmentation, and the likelyhood of infection is unheard of.
