I am 30 years old and have a small amount of sagging after having two kids. I had one doctor tell me I needed the most invasive lift that requires the ‘lollipop’ incisions, and I had another doctor tell me that with high profile implants at the size I want, that I wouldn’t need one. I want them to look as real as possible without looking too perky, as I am getting older. But also don’t want them too saggy for my age!
Answer: Breasts You need a lift, or your nipples will still not be even and will still sag. The DD is fairly large and may be heavy on your neck and shoulders. Plus, with heavy implants, your tissue is stretched and thinned and may sag over time.

Answer: Breast implants and sag Hello, thank you for your question. There are are different lifts and most people worry about the scar however sometimes the real concern should be your outcome. Are you willing to sacrifice sag for scars. Speak to your plastic surgeon about your options. Be sure to bring in wish pics check out our gallery below.

Answer: Do I need a lift? Thanks for your inquiry and picture. My personal recommendation would be you need a lift, but maybe repost with a wish beast and have us comment if it possible with a lift, best of luck.

Answer: Considering procedures From your photo it appears you would have the best result from a lift with implants. The lift would address the nipple position and along with the implant, shape would be overall improved. Your goal of getting from a B cup to a DD is realistic. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Do I need a breast lift? You might not need one After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, if interested. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author.
