My natural breasts were quite uneven and I had a lift and implant a little over 5 months ago. My right one is still lower and the upper pole crease is lower. When I look from the side, I wonder if the implant is dropping too low? I have 600cc moderate plus on the right and 700cc moderate plus on the left. Immediately after surgery the right one was still larger, but I thought it would balance out with the 100cc difference. I don’t know if I should contact my PS again.

Hello, thank you for your question. A breast augmentation is a straight forward surgery. It still has its risk factors. Most of the time even a resident would be highly trained of course capable of doing the surgery. If this is something you are uncomfortable with then you choose someone else....
