How can I get volume in my butt? I already have butt implants. (photos)

I had a butt augmentation august 2018. The implants are very low because my skin has stretch marks so I still dont have the volume in my butt that I want. The implant is placed under the muscle.

From your photos, it appears that you have 1. a degree of buttock ptosis ( or sagging) as well as  2. full hips and flanks.
Buttock sagging can be eliminated with a buttock lift, involving removal of lax skin and soft tissues of the back, hips and flanks.from an incision just above the buttocks.Fullness of hips and flanks requires liposuction of these areas. The buttocks can be further augmented with fat transfer.
