Answer: Cost of Restylane to tear troughs We charge $590 for each syringe of fillers (Restylane, Juvederm, or Perlane). We have a very effective local anesthetic ointment and have laughing gas available for $50. Restylane may be useful for the tear troughs if they are linear and well-defined. If your tear troughs are poorly defined, then Juvederm may be a better choice.For tear troughs, 0.5 to 0.75 cc (half to three-quarters syringe) is a typical starting dose. The remainder may be injected elsewhere (lips, creases, etc.), if desired.
