Best filler for inner eye hollowness.... (photos)

In my opininion, many types of fillers and fat can be used. I find Restylane and Restylane Silk to be most effective. If you have asymmetry it needs to be evaluated to determine if it is muscle, fat or subcutaneous tissue. The first things that jumps out to me from your question is that you have constant discomfort in your left eye.  I realize that is not the primary point of your question.  However, you should not have constant discomfort in your eye.  That should be evaluated and treated first.   In terms of the look of your eyes, the hollowness is best treated with a hyaluronic acid filler.  Our preference for this area is Restylane Silk.  At the time of a consultation, the issues of symmetry could be addressed as well.Bottom line, in light of the fact that you have eye discomfort as well as cosmetic concerns, I would suggest an evaluation by an Ophthalmic Plastic Surgeon (also called Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon)
