Hideous loose neck skin (direct neck lift)? (Photo)

Hello some years ago I had some radio frequency tightening with neck lipo. After this was done my neck looked really bad. Over time it has gotten worse. I am curious about direct neck lift.

Thank you for your inquiry. If by direct neck lift you are referring to skin excision in the front of the neck, in general, in someone younger, it is not recommended. The typical neck lift procedure has also the benefit of improving some of the appearance of the jawline and more discreet placement of the scars, which is more suitable, in my opinion, for someone in your age group.

The lipo may have been more than you needed, but I doubt the rf hurt you.
You don't have a lot of heaviness on your neck - which is what a deep neck lift usually helps.  A "direct neck lift" is very unlikely to be a good choice for you. It leaves an undesirable scar.
A regular behind the ear necklift however may be quite good.

The photo presented is in adequate. You need to post a full set of facial and neck photographs in a chin neutral position from all angles to make a determination about how best to proceed. When there's loose skin in the neck, a lower face and neck lift incision is going to be required. The direct neck lift incision heels very poorly, and it is a  bad idea.

Based on the one posted photo the response is you are a candidate for open neck surgery but best of virtual concert with since a mini neck lift might work as well. But need to do virtual consultation. Expect fees to range from $5000-$12,000..
