You can do hair transplant o lower your hair line but how much lowering that is the question. To lower too much it will not look natural. Therefore it is better to see a hair transplant specialist in person to come up with a plan that both satisfies you and also will look natural.
If you feel that you are not normal after your hair transplant, go back to see your doctor who knows you and knows what he did. Don't shop the internet where you are not known
