I got my breast augmentation 3 days ago, i had under the muscle one 400cc an other _375cc my smaller implant seems fine but small an painless were as my 400cc is swollen dramatically an is feelin hot. Like no redness or bruises just heat coming off this one breast. I can hear an feel fluid in my lower adom underneath rib. My nurse is not around an cannot find any answers!

What you describe should be assessed by your own surgeon quickly. If the nurse is not around, ask to speak with the doctor. If not, consider calling your primary doctor or going to an urgent care area / emergency department.
