I'm only 38 but have loose skin under my chin that ages me and i want to address it. I don't think there's much fat. I've gained and lost 60 lbs with two pregnancies. Do I need a neck lift? Or could something like thermage give me good results?

Answer: Facial-neck aging with excess skin etc. Facial-neck aging with excess skin etc. Having evaluated my results for 45 years in my opinion you will need a good facelift done by an experienced facelift surgeon. Look at his before-after photos and choose several whose results you like. Look for natural results and no visible scars!

Answer: Neck lift Based on these photos you are a good candidate for neck lift. Through a small incision underneath the chin, muscle bands which create current deformity, should be rearranged and platysma muscle tightened. Skin will re-drape and there will be no skin redundancy. This is done in twilight anesthesia, recovery is completely painless and within 5-7 days you can go back to work. Good luck.
