Dr. Freschi is a true master of his craft, and an extremely attentive, present human (big bonus when you’re looking for someone you trust with your life).

I was looking for a doctor who has a vision beyond what I can imagine. Who would look at not separate features but my whole face, and recommend what could bring more harmony to my face. I knew I’d found him as soon as I walked into his chic office.

While I came in considering a rhinoplasty, I ended up getting a chin implant, a lip lift and fat grafting. He made me feel at ease, confident in him, and excited every step of the way.

My swelling is almost completely gone 1 month post-op and I LOVE the results.

Dr. Freschi an outstanding plastic surgeon – very responsive, made the procedure a breeze, and made sure I felt supported during recovery.

I could not recommend Dr. Freschi enough!

Where do I begin! I'm over the moon about my 62 almost 63 year old face. The procedure was performed by Dr Andres Freschi of Buenos Aires, Argentina. I flew here from Vancouver Canada. These pictures were taken yesterday November 18 and my surgery was November 5, so two weeks ago. You will notice very little bruising. And the healing very easy. I'm amazed at Dr Freschi's skill and the kindness he's shown me. His other patients say the same thing. Read the reviews. If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr Freschi is part of a very small group of plastic surgeons world wide who have perfected this type of facelift. He is part of the five percent crowd when it comes to this type of surgery. I'm also very pleased he suggested a lip lift. It was needed. It makes me feel a bit sexy at almost 63!! Now I'm getting ready for my closeup. A bit of makeup and some pretty clothes. So happy at almost 63 I decided to do this. See previous review. My surgeon was the wonderful Dr Andres Freschi. I call him the Andrew Jacono of South America. But Freschi's prices are much more affordable for those of us who are neither celebrities or rich! I'm adding to my previous review with better pictures. Dr. Freschi is great. If you're on the fence about deciding what you need contact him. He's super friendly and will answer any question you may have. I was treated by him earlier this year and it was a total game changer for me. I'm a 35 year old and this is the first time I've had anything like this done.

I’m a 62-year-old Canadian woman who had a G cup size.
My breasts were very dense and heavy. I finally decided to have breast reduction surgery and a lift with Dr Andres Freschi. I’m still healing (it’s been just a month since surgery Feb., 4th) but I’m feeling much lighter.
My breasts are now a perfect size C cup and the lift makes me feel younger.
I wish I had done the procedure a long time ago.
Dr Freschi took very good care of me. The procedure and the healing process was explained very well, and the overnight stay in the bright modern hospital went smoothly.
I feel much more confident in my clothing, and even the light exercising I’m doing feels more comfortable. I’m going to wait a couple more weeks before resuming my normal exercise routine, yoga, swimming and pickleball.
This is my 3 procedure with Dr Freschi. My other surgeries have included rhinoplasty and a 'state of the art' facelift; it was during this procedure that Dr Freschi also corrected an eye job that had gone terribly wrong many years ago.
I’m very thankful I did my research and found this wonderfully skilled and caring doctor.
Dr Freschi comes highly recommended!

Hello there.
I'm week 5 into recovery after having a breast reduction and lift surgery with Dr Andres Freschi. As you can see from my before picture I was top heavy, and I had a continual red rash under my breasts (often itchy) and I was at times self-conscious. Now all that's gone.
At 62 I feel much better physically and emotionally. My healing journey has been very smooth. I should also mention I had a bit of liposuction in the torso area, which I'm very happy about. If you're looking for a very skilled surgeon, who genuinely cares about you as a patient, there's no other choice, then Dr Andres Freschi. If you have questions I'm very happy to answer them.

I had never undergone any sort of surgery prior to my procedure so I was quite stressed and nervous beforehand. However, Dr. Freschi put me at ease right from our first consultation; he was very professional and kind, and addressed all my concerns with candour. I couldn't be happier with the result as not only do I now have a better silhouette, I no longer suffer the physical repercussions of having disproportionately large breasts. The scarring was also less than I expected. I cannot recommend Dr. Freschi enough to anyone looking for a highly-skilled surgeon who does amazing work and genuinely cares about his patients.

I have now had two procedures done with Dr. Freschi and I have to say it is always such a breeze to deal with him, he is very caring and communicative and literally puts you at ease.
My most recent surgery was a chin implant with micro liposuction, once again the procedure was quick, and everyone in the hospital really helps and walks you through the process each time. The healing was quite quick, pain was pretty much gone after a couple days, although it does take a bit of time to get used to your new chin in the mirror!! The chin looks beyond natural and literally looks like it just should have always been there and it's hard to imagine my face without it now, plus not having a double chin and being able to take a photo from any angle is an amazing thing! The hospital is very very nice, and better than most hotels (both my procedures were completed at this hospital). I highly recommend Dr. Freschi and will continue to go back to him for any future procedures.

I always took plastic surgery on the lighter side of things... After getting some work done on my face I quickly realized how frightening it can actually be.
If things don't turn out the way you expected - the work is there to stay for ever, therefore choosing the perfect surgeon is of paramount importance.
I had work done only two weeks ago and I've decided to write a review already now instead of waiting a few months for everything to settle in for the final results.
I cannot praise Dr. Freschi enough.
Not only is he an exceptional surgeon but also an exceptional human being.

He respects the natural laws of beauty, enhancing and refining good looks in the most natural way without creating a fake or overdone effect.

He achieves a balanced look with the least amount of damage to the body.
After only two weeks I have absolutely no scarring. Very little to no bruising or discoloration in the face directly after surgery.
The whole procedure was so delicately and finely done that I hope results are there to last. I was told it only gets better with time.
He has truly mastered and perfected the art of surgery to an exceptional standard.

Coming from abroad my experience with Andres and his team was exceptional. He was patient, clear and a very talented surgeon with an obvious passion for his work. His English is great, and he was equally patient with my broken Spanish. I am very pleased with my results and the recovery so far has been a breeze. I spoke to multiple doctors in BsAs and found Andres to stand out above others with head an shoulders on all fronts.

I am Italian, I was in Argentina on vacation and I decided to have abdominal liposuction.
