I was very imberrased to even show my breats to my fiance. But after I got a lift and went from a 450cc to 600cc I'm all smiles and happiness. Dr. Brown put my breast implants in 21 years ago and I was super happy with them and never had not one issue or problem with them. Fast forward 21 years later and I felt the time was right for them to come out. I had the implants removed, a breast lift and some liposuction. Its been 3 weeks since surgery and I’ve recovered beautifully with no issues! I am extremely happy with the results! Dr. Brown and his assistant Tania are the epitome of caring and kind health care professionals. Both are super knowledgeable and don’t hesitate to answer any questions or concerns no matter what. Plus, if they are unavailable, they always get back to you as quickly as possible. I felt I was in the best hands possible with my first surgery and the same with my second surgery. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Brown to anyone looking for a breast augmentation or to have an implant removal and a lift. He is the best!
I recently had rhinoplasty surgery with sedation. I was nervous prior to the procedure, but Dr. Brown and his wonderful team helped put me at ease. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, kind and easy to talk to. The procedure was better than I could have hoped for, and I was completely comfortable the whole time. I was somewhat surprised at how easy and peaceful the whole experience was. It felt more like a day at the spa than anything else. The stitches were done very well, and I can tell the scar will be minimal and very clean in appearance. I would definitely recommend going to see Dr. Lorne Brown, you will be very satisfied!
I recently had an abdominoplasty with Dr. Brown. I found that his entire team was amazing to deal with. Very friendly, efficient and knowledgable. I felt comfortable with Dr Brown from the very beginning and found that the entire process was uncomplicated. It's been 2 weeks and I'm already very happy with the results. I would highly recommend him!
Dr. Brown is an amazing and very skilled surgeon. I have gone to him for two face-lifts, one in 2008 and the second 2021. I look about twenty years younger today. I had minimal pain and bruising with only moderate swelling and was out and about within two weeks. In four weeks I was back in the gym working out. My Scars are not really visible. Post surgery, any questions I had were answered immediately, by Dr. Brown and his nurse Tanya. The Cambie Surgery center nurses were phenomenal with my post surgery recovery and discharge instructions. Thank you Dr. Brown.
Dr. Brown has been my cosmetic surgeon for 25 years. He restored my unrecognizable breasts back to their youthful glory post nursing two kids. They are still amazing to this day. Most recently, he performed blepharoplasty for my hooded eyelids. I work in TV/Film, the hair and make up ladies say it’s the best job they have ever seen. I have always been beyond pleased with Dr. Browns work, professionalism and expert opinions. His staff are all fantastic too, especially Tanya. Dr. Brown is one of the best cosmetic surgeons in Vancouver.
My breast reduction experience with Dr.Lorne Brown and his team was everything I imagined it would be. He is super knowledgeable and professional in this line of work and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole procedure/returning check ups. His team located at his office are also very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. His front desk lady, VERY friendly and always made me feel welcomed every time I entered the office. His Nurse Tanya is aswell, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. During my recovery process, Tanya always responded to my voicemails and emails in great speed. Happy I chose this team with my surgery and if I could do it all over again I would still choose them.
I had breast implants and a lift performed by Dr. Brown in my 20's. I was pleased with the procedure but after having another child I saw Dr. Brown about 15 years later for another lift. Over the years my breasts began to sag and I wasn't happy with how top heavy and matronly my larger breasts looked. I also began to worry that after 30 years my implants were going to start leaking or breaking down and I began to obsess about having them removed. For months before the procedure I would look at before and after photos and worry my breasts would look deflated, flat or deformed after the implants were removed. I went back to see Dr. Brown and they were removed in November of 2020, almost 30 years after I had them put in and a breast lift was performed at the same time. The outcome exceeded all of my expectations. They are simply gorgeous and I look like I have 30 year old breasts. They are firm and high, much bigger than I thought they would be after having the implants removed and best of all - all me! 100% me and no more worrying about silicone implants. He did an incredible job. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome and wish I had done it much sooner. I feel thinner, younger and have more freedom with what I want to wear. I will also say that his staff are extremely friendly and professional. One of the best decisions I have ever made was having my implants removed. 100% was worth it and I would do it again but sooner.
Dr. Brown did an exquisite job removing my breast implants under local anaesthesia. I was so happy to finally to get them out! Dr. Brown was really helpful and answered all of my questions to prepare me for the big day. I was really impressed with the entire staff at the office. I felt so comfortable the entire time and really felt I was in good hands. The procedure went by so smoothly I didn’t feel a thing! I was really worried about the injection and thought it would hurt but I’ve had more pain at the dentist and the worst I’ve had to do was fill a cavity. I didn’t even take a sedative, I just made sure to take it easy afterwards. It’s been a few weeks and I feel great. My results are better than I ever expected. You can tell Dr. Brown not only has a lot of experience, but has a special gift when it comes to surgery. My stitches are so beautifully done and you can barely see them. ( My previous stitches were around my nipples and were a mess ( diff dr) ) I couldn’t be happier or asked for a better outcome. His nurse Tanya was great as well, so nice and helpful with everything. Also a big thanks to Lisa for being so nice and getting me in :) I’m so happy !!!!!

He is very talented surgeon, very knowledgeable with extraordinary bed manners.I couldn’t get better. He transformed my heavy large breast to small perky one. I will always recommended Dr Brown to anyone who need any plastic procedure done. His staff: receptionist and nurse Tanya are fabulous team . Thank you Dr Brown Updated on 30 May 2021: It’s been already 1.3 year since my surgery and I can’t be more happy. My Brest adjust already to natural shape. Of course it a little bit of sagging because of my age but I still can go bra less. My advice is if you still not sure to get this procedure, go and get it. The only thing you will regret is why you didn’t do that earlier
It is hard to determine the best course of action for you without a thorough examination. I suspect that you would benefit more from a neck lift, as you state that you have always had a double chin I have found that most patients with this problem also benefit from muscle tightening as well as removal of the deep fat, and so the neck lift would be more beneficial. If you have a significant amount of subcutaneous fat, the you may benefit from liposuction, but not as much as a neck lift which not only addresses the fat, but deals with the other structures as well. Make sure you see a qualified plastic surgeon in your area. Good luck
I think you would be an excellent candidate for a neck lift. The problem is one of a noticeable platysmal band in the midline. Non medical techniques would be of modest benefit, although you could certainly try botox injections to soften the muscle. Fortunately you are young and the skin will redrape nicely after the surgery. You should contact qualified plastic surgeons in your area.
You probably would benefit from a neck lift, but the results might vary according to your anatomy. If the neck cartilage is quite far forward, you would not expect the results to be as pleasing as they would should the problem be mostly related to your skin and muscle. Either way, you could look forward to improvement with a neck lift. This involves an incision beneath the chin and behind each ear. No skin is removed, but rather the skin is allowed to redrape and as such it generally is of benefit to younger patients with good skin resiliency. It is unlikely that you would need much fat removed, with the possibility of beneath the muscle Make sure to see qualified plastic surgeons in your area
An isolated neck lift will not get your the kind of results to which you aspire. You have a full face, and normally I suggest that you lose as much weight as you can before having surgery. The facelift includes the neck, and although it would be preferable to examine you in person, I suspect that you would benefit from resection and modification of not only fat, but with the tissues and muscle deep to the area, and likely the fat located beneath the muscle. So, I would suggest weight loss followed by a thorough examination from a plastic surgeon in your area.
First of all, the photos reveal a very attractive person. The problem appears to be generated from the trapezius muscles and is a normal variant. Surgery would not help the situation. The only thing I can think of is to avoid any gym activities that might allow the situation to worsen....such as shoulder shrugs with weights. Good luck, and don't be too hard on yourself
