I have loose skin, expecially on my butt and thighs. I started to lose weight, that's when I noticed the loose skin pretty bad on my butt and inner thighs. Its very depressing and i want to know if this is fixable. I have tons of stretch marks I had 3 pregnancies. I know I'm very out of shape and I understand I need to build muscle while losing weight.Tone up.But will that help my loose skin? What can I do to combat this loose skin from my weight gain then weight loss 3x in row.posted photos.
