What can I do for loose, ugly skin under arms (arm pits) and wrinkly skin on arms?

I am 65, female. Over the past 1.5 years have lost 35 lbs and many inches. I am using a product Nerium, not working much if at all. I am looking into wraps but lots of negative reviews. Stretching x-cises w/bands didn't do anything.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

In my opinion, topical products will not significantly tighten your skin. We have had success with treating loose skin under the arms with the Cellulaze laser system. We point the laser towards the skin in order to get tightening. Some other techniques that are being employed include a superficial laser liposuction as well as radiofrequency treatments. We've had good success with using microneedle radio frequency (infini) to tighten the skin off the face. It is important to do an evaluation and see how much skin needs to be tightened. If it is an excessive amount of skin, there may be no other choice other than to excise the skin. This will give you a more dramatic results however always leads to a scar. Hope this helps. Skin tightening creams do not have the capacity to tighten skin to any visible degree.   The next level of treatment is using topical non invasive radio frequency treatments which can over a period of time produce visible results.  In some cases if the excess skin in an area where surgical excision is possible that will yield the best results.   Do not waste any money on any more skin tightening creams.
