Breast lift possible with small breasts? After an explant my areola and nipple has collapsed in to my chest (photo)

Based on your picture looks like you can benefit from a lift with a small implant for fullness, an in person consultation with a board certified PS would be best for a better evaluation.

Yes, you can have a breast lift without removing breast tissue. In your case, if there is just mild amount of loose skin around the areola, the lift can be done with just the periareolar incision. Based on the photo, it looks as if this would give you a nice result. You would need an in person exam to say for sure.

your photographs, you may benefit from a breast lift with fat grafting, since you do not wish to have implants replaced.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery

that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who

You can be your own best version, and you can definitely achieve amazing results with plastic surgery in order to improve your breasts. For you, I recommend a lollipop incision breast lift, for perkier, youthful breasts. This should remove the extra skin, not breast tissue.
I suggest you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals.

Thank you for your question and photo.  In order to achieve what you are looking for I think you will need to add a small amount of volume back to your breasts.  This is most commonly done with a small implant or using your own fat.  I would recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who can perform a full evaluation in person.  Best of luck!

Breast lift is possible and for a better appearance, it is possible to put in a new implant.

Baesed on your photos it looks like you are an excellent candidate for breast lift with implants, you need to consider thi procedure, it give you an better look and you will have a minimal scar. Best wishes!

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get a breast augmentation with implants. The size of the implant will depend of what you want and what your body support; the results of this procedure are beautiful, giving you and excellent shape of the inner and outer pole of the breast. 

 

Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.

at this point her breasts have a fairly typical appearance after explantation. Actually, your breasts held up fairly well.
You have a little extra body fat that could be used as an autologous fat transfer to give you  just a bit more volume to your breasts without an implant.
I would recommend he wait about a year before proceeding for your tissues contract.
In addition there is the option of Bodytite RF to tighten your skin envelope as a minimally invasive no scar technique. I would still wait a year after your explantation. I don't think a traditional lift would be appropriate.
Talk with your surgeon about possibilities.
