Is it possible for me to have a breast lift or any other procedure to make the areola less deflated without new implants? And if I have a breast lift, will it remove most of my very small breasts?

Answer: Lift procedures Thank you for your question and photo. In order to achieve what you are looking for I think you will need to add a small amount of volume back to your breasts. This is most commonly done with a small implant or using your own fat. I would recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who can perform a full evaluation in person. Best of luck!

Answer: Breast evaluation Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a breast lift with fat grafting, since you do not wish to have implants replaced. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
