Are there ANY option for treating a fluid festoons under the eye? (photo)

This is very limited photo! Based on this photo and your history it appears that you have lower eyelid blepharochalasia with fullness due to protruding fat pads and tear trough deformity. Transconjuctival blepharoplasty is excellent procedure to treat this condition with scar hidden inside the eyelid. In person consultation with board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in eyelid surgery is recommended. Good luck.

A combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. It is difficult to tell what the underlying problem is from your photo.  Festoons can often times be surgically excised.  Have you ever had filler placed under your eye?  Even if it was more than a year ago, sometimes the fillers tend to swell causing festoons later on.  The treatment for this would be hyaluronidase injection.  I would recommend seeing a facial plastic surgeon in consultation so that they can discuss all your options.  

I am sorry that the festoons are causing you an issue. It is important to have a good evaluation to determine the cause of the festoons, and this will lead to the proper treatment. For some patients, an injection into the festoon of hyaluronidase may be beneficial. For others, a procedure to surgically trim the festoon may be advisable. I wish you success with your treatment.
