10 days post. Are those holes going to go away? And will my eyelids stay that wrinkly and uneven? (photo)

ArrakisAdara
I had an upper eyelid surgery, which I didn’t want—I wanted a brow lift as a vicious attack, which left me for dead, caused nasty injuries (broken bones, lacerations), and left me with a lower left brow. I have had my share of scars on my face, and I feel that I don’t scar well. I’m wondering if those holes along the incision are going to be permanent. My eyes now look so old. I am so sick to my stomach. One more trauma to add to the list. Dissolving stitches.
