Is there any massages or bands that I can do/wear that will help lower my upper pole fullness? I started with nothing and my surgeon did a great job but now that all is said and done I wish I new they would look like this, i think I would've chosen a higher profile. They just seem so wide and full. I asked for a swoop shape, not the balloon shape everyone seems to be going for. Any input is appreciated. Ty

Answer: Upper pole after augmentation Hello and thank you for your question. You appear to have a nice augmentation result; however it is understandable that some aspects of breast aesthetics will be dependent on personal taste. If you are early post op (i.e. less than 3 months), I encourage you to continue massage and to have patience as some patients may have some mild chronic swelling that persists the first few months and then implants can continue to drop/settle during this time. If you are farther out post operatively (especially over 6 months) this is likely the "final" result. If you truly dislike the size/shape/contour of your augmentation, I would return to your surgeon to discuss implant exchange surgery. Your breast aesthetic preferences may be more in line with a lower profile implant with less cohesivity and/or smaller volume implant.

Answer: BA results Dear Aap1234, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
