I had 255cc and a breast lift done in aug of 2022. So far, everything has gone really well. It’s taken some getting used to. I posted some before and after. I think my implants have settled in their final position. I don’t know how to really tell though. Are there things I should avoid? I still have yet to go braless. I’m terrified I’ll mess something up. Even when I sleep, I sleep in a sports bra or a cami with build in bra. I see posts if bottoming out. How would I know?

Answer: BA results Dear Affectionate54250, every plastic surgeon has his own preoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon. Answer: Braless??? Your breasts have indeed settled by 6 months. Your mastopexy (lift) scars are going to continue to heal for a full year. While you may go braless, remember that gravity is 24/7 and the breasts naturally will go south (faster depending on activity, size of the breast (higher weight) and genetics. I would suggest using some type of support whenever out and about or whenever not intimate. Much better over the course of time to have them supported so they do not go 'South'. Best wishes, Dr. Taranow
