I got a rhinoplasty 7 months ago and It looks terrible. It's too short, thick, upturned, and sloped. I hate it so much. Is there anyway it can be fixed?? I would like a better version of my old nose with a straight bridge. I miss the droppy tip I used to have. I don't like this button nose I got. I want my columella back and infratip like before
