Should I have had a septorhinoplasty?

This is the result of my rhinoplasty with an ENT surgeon with decades of experience. My nose now looks more crooked than before, if a septoplasty had been performed, would it be looking a lot straighter now? I am confused as to why they thought this was an acceptable result.

Good Morning! I see the leftward deviation of your tip. Performing a septoplasty can straighten the internal part of the nose for the purpose of breathing. But, if too much was removed in what we refer to as the L-strut, you can definitely see changes in the nose due to lack of support. If the procedure was performed open, grafts should be in place to hold the tip in position and prevent deviation. I would re-visit with the surgeon, as long as you're comfortable, to discuss your results. There are options in terms of revision if it comes to that. I hope this helps you!
