Should I get a radix augmentation or revision rhinoplasty done? (Photos)

I got septorhinoplasty 2years back but since then my nasal bridge is not sharp as before and in side profile it looks curvy and depressed .Should i consider getting radix augmentation or is it fine and just in the mind

It is possible that steroid injections Woukd help the tip swelling but there are enough changes to the tip that a revision is likely to be necessary. Scar tissue from the trauma can cause both swelling and distortion. Your nose appears to have some curvature and that is aggravating the nasal...
