My nose keeps getting bigger - 13 months since revision (Photos)

Question

I had a revision rhinoplasty to make it smaller and create a swoop from the bridge and now my nose is bigger than before and it looks like I have pollybeak. This is the opposite of what I asked for. I asked for a small nose and a swoop. I got an oversized nose and a hump now. It’s been 13 months since my revision. Yellow hoodie is before revision. Black shirt was taken September 2022

From the photos, it does appear that the tip has lost some support, causing the it to droop some. This can be improved with a revision, using a tip graft to build it up and give better support. At the same time, the bridge can be taken down some. It's hard to see if your skin is thick, which could make it harder. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.

Based on your photos, you appear to have had bridge raising, not lowering, and it's not clear why there should be a disconnect with your surgeon. The best way to find out why your nose has a higher bridge would be to get a copy of your operative report, or perhaps your entire chart.
