450cc high profile round implants when wanted tear dropped shaped implants - would it be worth a revision? (photo)

Sarahlc90
13 months ago I had breast implants - 450cc round high profile. I was hoping for a tear dropped shape however my surgeon doesn't like them as he says there is too much risk they will rotate. I think the cleavage I now have is too "fake" looking for my frame. I'm not extremely unhappy with the results but more just a bit shocked by the projection out rather than down. Going off my pics would a revision produce a better result and is his view on tear shaped implants common among surgeons?
