Hi I am a 40 year old female..8 year old from day 1 when I removed my bandages I knew something was wrong. At first I got implants with a minor lift on 1 breast. After surgery the skin was hanging off my right implant. I later went for another minor lift with a capsulectomy .. no implant was exchanged. Later the issue was still not resolved and we did a full lift. After that another procedure to release scar tissue. MRI say I have laterally displaced and flattened

Your implants are inferior and lateral. Your lift was inadequate. At this time, you need the implants removed, the pockets need to be enlarged and reinforced inferiorly and laterally to push the implants up higher and more medially and smaller implants placed. At the same time, the excess skin has to be excised below the level of the nipple-areola complex. You may also want to consider explant with fat transfers.

Your implants are too large for your tissue, and your lateral pockets have stretched. I would suggest going smaller and tightening the pockets internally,
