I'm 22 years. My breasts have sagged after weight loss. The stretch marks on my breasts r old and had formed during puberty. I'm ok with them but after the weight loss, they have become wrinkled (specially on my right breast where the sag is more). I have lost 20kgs in 16months. I'm planning to undergo breast lift surgery with/without reduction. Now my question is will the 'skin tightening' during the breast lift surgery smooth out the wrinkled stretch marks on breasts? i don't want implants.
