Will a breast lift surgery improve the wrinkles on breast due to loose skin?

Thank you for your question and congratulations on your weight loss. Normally when a breast lift is performed the wrinkle look to the breast disappear. A lift can smooth out loose skin, reducing the presence of wrinkles and sagging. Excess tissue is removed, making the breast firmer and the skin smoother.

Hello, thank you for you question. With a breast lift the idea is to remove as much of the extra skin as possible. It will tighten most of the skin hopefully this will eliminate some of the wrinkles you are describing. Hard to say whether of not all of the wrinkles will be removed without a proper physical examination. I would bring up your concerns to your plastic surgeon during your consultation.

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They then get to choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. Removal of redundant skin and lifting of nipple areola complex into a new position, are major goals of breast lift. Whichever breast lift technique is used, it will create new skin brassier which will be the major support to the new shape and breast position. In some patients, this may be further reinforced with placement of the resorbable mash. In person evaluation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in breast surgery, is recommended.
