I'm a Hairdresser Taking 2 Weeks off for Recovery. Will I Be Able to Do my Job when I Go Back?

gi2
I am very small framed in great shape/fitness. My very, very small breasts are on the high side with most of the breast tissue on top. (I am an A or less). Looking for a natural look and not be big and going under the muscle. I have VERY tight pectorals according to the doctor and can go for a small augmentation that will give me fullness. Dr. said 270cc possible 300cc. I don't want anyone to know I am doing this, will I be able to return to work and do my blow drying or haircuts without help?
