Answer: Questionable diagnosis of mastitis after breast augmentation.
It is normal to have some pain in the breast after breast augmentation. I would get another opinion about the diagnosis of mastitis. I would suggest you invest five hours and visit your plastic surgeon.

Answer: Why Do I Have Mastitis After My Breast Augmentation & How to Get Rid of It???
Mastitits is an inflammation or infection of the actual breast tissue. It can occur when the breasts are engorged from breast feeding or after any breast surgery that causes swelling, irritation of the breast tissue, or decreased lymph (normal fluid in bloodststream) return. The most important thing is to rule out an infection of the breast implant. You need to see your plastic surgeon to make that determination.
IF it is NOT an infection of the breast implant, mastitis after a breast augmentation can occur especially if the implant is very large for the skin envelope and there is a significant amount of pressure on the breast tissue. A good supportive bra continuously until resolution of the mastitis, a week or so of antibiotics, and perhaps even warm compresses will take care of the inflammation.
This is for general educational information only and should not be construed as specific medical advice.

Answer: Breaset augmentation and mastitis?
If you recently had breast augmetntation and your breast is red and inflamed, then you have to first think that you have an infected implant. You need to be seen by your plastic surgeon to rule this out.

Answer: 9days postop with mastitis diagnosis
The diagnosis of mastitis may be correct. But you may not be on the right antibiotic.
At 9 days after your surgery, the main thing that needs to be addressed is an implant infection or a wound infection.
I recommend you have your Plastic Surgeon evaluate you ASAP , to make sure you don't have a wound or implant infection.
