Is there that much of a difference from the 335 Ideal to the 370 Ideal implant?

Ideal implants are structured saline implants. They have a range of fill volumes. I generally recommend filling them towards the highest range especially if you are thin. The difference of 50cc is really not that great when you think about a 350cc implant (about 15%) - about a quarter of a bra size. Ultimately you and your surgeon should discuss your options. There is such a demand for the IDEAL IMPLANTs that they can't produce them fast enough. The question you are asking could best be answered by your plastic surgeon. There will be a difference between a 335 cc that is filled to 370 cc and a 370 cc that is filled to 370 cc. When you go to the higher limit of filling, the implant will be firmer and produce more projection. Your plastic surgeon should be able to tell you what would work best for you. The shortage is a temporary problem and if you are willing to weight, you will get what you need. As long as both implants are filled the same way, The difference is only the number CCs.

Thanks for your question. Going with the 335cc implant shell and filling it to 370cc will give you a rounder, more projecting breast as opposed to using the 370cc shell and filling it to 370. The larger shell will give a softer, slightly less projecting breast. Either would work well, and you have the advantages of a saline-filled device over silicone (each have pros and cons that need to be considered). I think I'd suggest waiting for the 335cc shell to be back in stock. Best wishes
