I initially had the lower blepharoplasty to eliminate puffiness under the eyes on my upper cheeks. Now 4 weeks later my eyes look worse than before. Is this due to continued swelling or are these malar bags or festoons? If they are, what can I do to finally eliminate them? I am very disappointed in my results.
