Yes. A higher start nasal contour with high radix , which will generate a "Roman /Greek nasal profile" is achievable. You would require introducing cartilage grafting to this area.

Some of the features that you are requesting are more achievable than others. All in all, it would not be possible to give a very accurate reshaping along the lines you describe.

More importantly, as you advance in age you may regret moving from your natural shape which produces a younger appearance to a shape that generally ages the face.

For your decision process, the ideal next step would be to have a consultation using 3D imaging and simulation to help you visualise what a nose with the desired characteristics would look like in the context of your facial features.
