Can I get FUE hair transplant and rhinoplasty during the same week? And if yes, which procedure should I have performed first?

I will be going to Turkey for a rhinoplasty. I also intend to get my hairline transplanted in Turkey, and if there would be no adverse effects I would like to have them done during the same trip. I want to make sure that it would not only be safe but that any swelling/healing would not be affected by having one procedure performed before the other.
