I would ask the doctors involved what their preference is. A lot also depends on how long you are planning to stay there. I would think you could have the hair done 3 to 5 days after the nose.

We routinely (including today) do those two procedures in the same week. There are good rhinoplasty doctors in Turkey, but, make sure you can get followup and will be going there frequently for it to be worthwhile.
