When I was a kid I was on the back of a lawnmower and fell. It cut my inside of my upper lip and detached my septum. I had a surgery to fix my deviated septum. It was pinching one nostril shut. Now my nostrils are fixed but my nose is still crooked from my septum where it connects to my lip. I’m going on TV and don’t want it to take away from me. I thought about going to a rhinoplasty surgeon but I don’t want a nose job. Is there any alternative? I know cartilage is kinda moldable

Hi there, thank you for your question. Yes, hair tranplant and rhinoplasty can be done during the same week and hair transplant should be done first due to the staying position during the hair transplant.
