Hello! Ever since I remember my breasts didn’t look like the breasts of a young woman. Since teenage years they were droopy and disformed. Unfortunately I never thought I can fix them and have had major self esteem issues because of them. I would like to do a surgery, a lift probably. I am still not sure if they are tuberous and if only a lift will help or I will need implants too. I don’t want big breasts, just perky beautiful ones. Are they tuberous or a lift will be enough?
Answer: Breast lift I don't think you have a tuberous breast deformity but rather breast ptosis. My suggestions would be a breast lift. Lifting and shaping your breasts with areolar reduction would give you a beautiful result.

Answer: Not tuberous Your breasts are not constricted around the nipples and you have a prominent breast fold. For these reasons, your breasts aren’t tubular. A straightforward lift would most likely be sufficient to reshape your breasts to make them perkier.

Answer: Bellesoma Method Your breasts are not tuberous. You are an excellent candidate for a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Not tuberous.... Thank you for your question and photos. An examination in person would be required to properly evaluate you and make specific treatment recommendations, however based on your question and photos you do not appear to have tuberous breasts which have several features none of which apply to you. Instead, you are in the "normal" spectrum of breast development, only apparently with more ptosis (sagging) than you desire, due to the fact that your breasts have more skin than needed for your breast volume. . This is neither uncommon not abnormal, even if not what you desire. It just happens to be the way your breasts developed. To restore the proper relationship of breast tissue to skin envelope the solution with regard to changing the shape of your breasts and make them appear more "youthful" is a "mastopexy" or breast lift, irrespective of the fact that you have never been pregnant or nursed any children. If you feel you would like your breasts not only to be higher and lifted, but also larger, a properly sized implant can be inserted at the time of the mastopexy. A board certified plastic surgeon of your choosing can guide you and advise you, but the end result should be pretty, symmetrical, uplifted breasts with a nipple/areola with a smaller diameter and higher in a proper relationship to the remainder of the breast. Do your research, and select a plastic surgeon whose results appeal to you based on his or her Before and After gallery, and make sure you feel comfortable both with you surgeon and the office staff. Best of luck to you.
