Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You don’t seem to have tuberous breasts but you may benefit from a breast lift +/- implants.

Your breasts are not tuberous but ptotic. The technique I recommend to correct this is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

You do not have tuberous breast but you have moderate breast asymmetry. In your case I would suggest small reduction of larger breast to achieve symmetry with a smaller, lift and augmentation with implants of both breasts. Hope this helps.
