Have had uneven nostrils since primary rhino over 1.5 years ago, along with breathing difficulties in right nostril especially when lying on my side. Due for a revision soon to correct aesthetic concerns such as over projection and will undergo alar base reduction (not performed in primary), however I am worried that the further deprojection and alar base will make unevenness more pronounced. Not looking for perfect symmetry, but can a more even appearance be achieved? Is my morph realistic?
