It is based on the difficulty of the case, where the surgery is performed, whether you have had a previous rhinoplasty, etc. If this is your first nose surgery and you do only need a tip plasty then likely around $4,500-$7,500 including the OR. If this is a revision case then those numbers could easily double. The best way to get accurate pricing for you is to have an in person consultation. Thank you for your question, Dominic26. you are in the very very early stages of your recovery. You should not evaluate your results but instead monitor your healing process. For example, notice how your swelling - which is causing this increase in base size - subsides over the next few days....
The Weir incision line can be extended all the way to the sill. The nose can be reduced more than the vertical line you have illustrated by simply removing a larger wedge. It does not appear that a sill excision would be necessary and this should be avoided.
