When can I stop wearing my post surgery bra? (Photo)

Every surgeon has different post operative instruction based on personal preferences and experience so you should really ask to your surgeon that will listen to your difficulties and advise if you can do something different or considering pros and cons insist with the post op bra for longer.
I do recommend to wear a post op bra six weeks if implants are over the muscle, breast band for two weeks and soft bra for four week if behind the muscle.

Thank you for your question.  I would normally recommend a support bra for 6 weeks following surgery.  I also use a breast band for 2 weeks if the implants are placed under the muscle.
