I had my second revision last week to fix a retracted columella and tip asymmetry. Although there is a lot of swelling, tip asymmetry appears to have been restored, reflected in more symmetrical nostrils. However, the columella retraction still appears to remain. My surgeon told me a caudal strut was used - it has improved slightly, but my nasal-labial angle remains very acute. Could it be that swelling is obscuring the retraction? Are permanent fillers a solution? Plumping graft? Please help!
