How much would a revision cost to fix crooked columella scar approx? (photo)

It's confusing, because I took a look at your after photos, and really, your profile looks great, except for what this columellar incision thing does to the bottom of the nose. In my previous post, I suggested that you shouldn't have your surgeon correct this, because if he thinks it's normal, then that's just crazy. But he was able to give you a nice profile, apparently. Makes one think that he should be able to handle a simple incision!But anyway, I still think that if he thinks it's normal, that's a big problem. You'll probably have to email some docs separately, because probably nobody will print an exact quote online like this. But I still think it's very correctable, and  I don't think you'd have to wait a year, and I don't think you'd have to have the entire nose worked on -- just the area around the columella.

Apparently your prior rhinoplasty surgery was done in the open fashion. I have good news for you:  your result can be greatly improved with detailed, revision rhinoplasty.  The cost is always difficult to determine without at least a phone consultation (many of us who specialize in revision rhinoplasty will make ourselves available to patients overseas via a phone or Skype consultation).  You could certainly fly after the necessary time has passed for post-operative follow-up visits.
