I have a receding hairline, I'm very aware of that, I usually wear my hair down as it is still very thick and it completely conceals my receding temples and forehead. I just want an opinion. Is my forehead disproportionate regardless of the receding temples?

Answer: If you have a receding hair line, then eventually you may not like the proportions of your face.
The cost of cosmetic surgery differs from doctor to doctor / from clinic to clinic. It is best you see different doctors for consultations. Also consider that cost is not always related to the quality of work or results.
