Question

I have a large bulbous forehead with very low set eyes, which make me appear angry onna daily basis. I would like to know if I would be a candidate for just having the bone shaved. I would like to know of along with this procedure, what can be done about my eyebrows to make them appear wider/more straight such as stretching to the sides and adding a crease the the inner eye connecting to the nose.

The cost of cosmetic surgery differs from doctor to doctor / from clinic to clinic.  It is best you see different doctors for consultations.  Also consider that cost is not always related to the quality of work or results.

If you are going have a forehead reduction and a brow lift, what determines if your hairline changes at all is simply the location of the incision.  An incision has to be made somewhere, so putting it in a location that makes the hairline lower typically adds minimal (often none) expense to the procedure.  Cost for the surgery is probably between $5,000 and $10,000.  This depends on where you have the surgery done, how healthy you are, etc.  You can call you surgeon's office and they can give you a better range.  The best way to change your eyebrow shape beyond a brow lift is with hair grafts.  I am not sure exactly what you are referring to with the crease of the inner eye, and can't tell from you photos what your eyes look like now.  If you are referring to an upper eyelid crease, that can be added with a simple procedure. Good luck on your journey.

The best way to lift your brows without further raising your hairline, is by use of an incision along your hairline. Shaving the forehead bone may be possible from that approach but you would have little change in the forehead appearance than if the hairline is lowered a bit with the same operation. Depending on what us done,  costs range from $6,000 to $ 15,000.

Your brows can be lifted and bony contouring done, frequently above the eye brows, without changing hairline position if that's what your asking for. I cannot see your forehead contour or brow position and shape in these pictures.  Controlling hairline position is best achieved using the Irregular Trichophytic Hairline Incision technique that we described many years ago.
